Integrated Management System Policy

Al Marzouqi & BinSalem Fire Fighting Coatings L.L.C. recognizes that it can only achieve its objectives if the operational performance of its activities along with the supplied services meet the requirements of its customers as set forth in the specification, contractual documents and other written instructions. To achieve this, the company is complying to ISO 9001: 2000 for Quality in addition to this, the system is designed to meet the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007 for Health & Safety and ISO 14001:2004 for Environment. The Integrated Management System is aimed at continuous improvement of the organization.

The Company expects other parties and individuals with whom it does business with to demonstrate the same level of commitment to this policy.

Al Marzouqi & BinSalem Fire Fighting Coatings L.L.C. is dedicated to the following:

1. To Comply with the requirements of all-applicable legislation, regulations and client requirements.
2. To Set objectives and measures for Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Performance.
3. To Monitor and review the set objectives / measures.
4. Periodically review the effectiveness / performance of the Integrated Management System and the continuing suitability of this policy.
5. Provide full color copies of the Policy statement, suitable for framing for all Departments and its Projects.
6. The Policy statement shall be prominently posted in each work area and public area at each MBS location.
7. Communication of the Company's Policy shall be included in the QHSE awareness training provided to all employees. The communication shall include contents of the policy, its meaning, and the employee’s role and responsibility to comply with the policy. For all new employees, QHSE awareness and communication of the Company's Policy shall be included in the new employees’ induction training.
8. To educate, train and motivate employees to carry out their activities in a responsible manner in accordance with the requirements of the Integrated Management System and all relevant legislation.
9. To Work proactively with our customers, suppliers and any other third parties to achieve the aims of this policy.
10. To assess all operational activities and potential changes to identify significant hazards and / or environmental impacts and implement appropriate measures to ensure that exposure to such risks is maintained as low as reasonably practicable.
11. Striving to prevent the occurrence of accidents or exposures, which could cause harm, or damage, to individuals or the environment and maintain emergency plans in order to minimize such risks and consequent adverse effects.
12. Striving to achieve continual improvement of the Integrated Management System and related performance.
13. Seeking to minimize consumption of materials, promote recycling and reduce waste whenever practicable and strive to prevent pollution by reducing emissions, discharges and wastes to a practicable minimum.
